Baby Yoga

Baby Yoga is gentle stretching exercises for mums, dads and their babies and is a natural progression of baby massage.

This method of yoga for babies has been developed from Hatha yoga postions and offers stimulation for your baby as well as  strengthening their spines and keeping their joints supple. Yoga for babies also aids learning balance and to enjoy the freedom of stretching and relaxing in a safe environment.

Classes contain a mixture of music, nursery rhymes and songs together with movement, special holds and relaxation techniques. The emphasis of Baby Yoga is to come and have fun together!
